As a representative of the community, I have always felt that we needed something; something that would help push consumers to visit and support their local neighborhood's businesses. And here I find Small Business Saturday®. This Saturday, November 26th will be the 2nd annual Small Business Saturday®. It is
"a day dedicated to supporting small businesses on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year."

This national campaign is sponsored by American Express and is reminding people to shop at their local businesses. All you have to do is buy one thing from your favorite small business and that would help strengthen your community and its economy.

You've spent countless hours trying to figure out what you want to be for Halloween. For some of you, you've stayed up late to put your costume together so it looks just right.
