Planning or still thinking about coming out to Lodi ZinFest this coming Saturday, May 18 (12-5 PM at Lodi Lake Park)? One thing to take note of:  it’s not just all about Zinfandel at ZinFest.  It will also be about Albariño and Alicante, Grenache and Grenache Blanc, Barbera and Sangiovese, Merlot and Montepulciano, Tempranillo and Graciano, Souzão, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, and a dizzying host of other varietal wines and imaginative blends now being produced by Lodi’s finest. Dinner Theater at the Modesto Library

Dinner Theater at the Modesto Library

Plan on a night of fun for the whole family with “Dinner Theater” at the Modesto Library on Wednesday, May 8 at 6:30 p.m. Local musician, Chris Doud, will be performing wonderful folk music from his new children’s CD.

Participants will bring their own dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. with the free theater production following at 7 p.m. Dinner Theater, sponsored by the Stanislaus County Library Foundation, through a grant from Omega Nu, is a family program recommended for children ages 6 and older. Advance registration is required as space is limited.
